The fluidity of groupings to teach to the students point of need at any given time also stood out to me!

I agree Christine, it is so important to focus on kids needs in the targeted groups. This will support the teacher to be able to meet the students needs and strengths.

Guided Writing is important and writing conferences are essential as students receive targeted learning and feedback suitable for their point of need. Students develop confidents as they are able to communicate across the group, ask questions and give opinions.
